Need Shirt Design for Youth Program

I have a youth development program called "AAL YOUNG KINGZ" which is a development program for young men from urban, low income city in Newark, NJ.
this is for young black and hispanic boys ages 11-15..
we want them all to have a t-shirt and program polo.. so i need ideas for designs for this t-shirt and also a professional polo that is given to the kids.
for polo we were thinking:
- front of shirt to have program logo on top left and another text on top left, with last name on back top
for t-shirt ideas we have:
- on front "I'M A KING" goind down front of shirt vertically..
need you to come up with a bunch of ideas. i have attached the logo to this project along with pictures of kids.
