Need a Seasoned Graphics Designer for a Sample Project (Custom, No Templates)

I’m looking for a graphic designer to create a custom brochure design (not based on online templates). This brochure will act as a sample project and, if successful, will lead to more work such as flyers, presentations, packaging designs, brand posters, and pitch decks.

The brochure should clearly define my USP using concise text and strong visuals (image-focused design).

For this first sample project, I’m looking for a minimal quote.
