Need to design mock-ups for call recorder application and web dashboard. This recorder application has three user account types. Company signup, Branch Manager, and Telecallers. Companies sign-ups to add branches then branch managers & telecallers. Branch managers can also add their branch telecallers.
Company can import contacts from the dashboard and can assign those contacts to telecallers to make calls. The telecallers can call to those contacts and move them to My leads, Follow-ups (re-follow-up), Not Interested, Not Answered, Success, and Fail buckets. Also, telecallers can write notes after every call and can listen the call records.
