Need Printable PDF files in CMY from .AI or PSD

I have 4 business cards, 2 flyers(front and back), 4 standee source files, that needs to be printed but printing company saying move it to cmyk and produce printable pdf
they have shared their standards with us in zip format that is attached.
source files will be shared with shortlisted candidate.
i know this is a common practice of every designer so share reasonable quotes.
