Need a Poster Made -- 2

I am in need of a poster created for an informational board. The poster will measure 24x36 inches. I have a general idea of what I want, but I'm open to suggestions. Whoever takes up this project should be creative and experienced in poster design. All relevant files must be provided upon completion. Feel free to ask me any questions if there is anything else you need to know.
