Need a Poster Made

I am looking for a talented freelancer to create a striking, eye-catching poster for a pilot project we are conducting. The size of the poster will be 24x36 inches. I have all of the content I need, but I need someone to design it in a creative and organized way. We plan on printing the poster ourselves using a printer nearby our office.
