Need Logo Extraction + Transparent Version & Two Premium Flyer Designs

I have a Photoshop (.PSD) file with my logo, but I can’t open it. I urgently need the logo extracted in high quality and provided in PDF format.

Additionally, I require:

A transparent version of the logo for digital materials.
A variant with white lettering for use on dark backgrounds.
Two elegant and premium flyer designs for a luxury candle brand, to be used at a fair:
One for Luxury Collection
One for Everyday Collection (still maintaining a high-end aesthetic)
Priority:

2️⃣ Once the logo is ready, the flyer designs can be done.

Requirements:
