Need a Icon/banner made.

I am wanting to have an image made to use as a website icon and logo for the top of the webpage and business card. I have attached some example images for the style I want as well as a picture of the vacuum that I want used in the image and a reference of me pushing a different vacuum.

I am only looking to spend $10 to $20 on this.
