Need a Graphics Designer

I run https://www.bimecu.com, decided to order T-shirts for my business staff so need a design for it, Ideally, it would be what I use for company logo, but its super low res and can not be used (I dont have a source of that logo, made it myself years ago), also not sure how it will look on a t-shirt, maybe it even does not work, I want something cool , I plan using u-printing service.
