Need a Graphic Designer for Ads

I am looking for someone who can create high quality, well-designed advertisements that I'll be using on Facebook and Instagram. I need a variety of ads created and need someone who understands the style we are currently using, but hopefully make the ads even better and more interesting. I would also need to be provided with the .psd files so I can edit the text for the ads. This will be an ongoing job for whoever I find. I want to keep the company information private, but I can provide more information and examples if you contact me. I am open to paying per project if that works for you but if you prefer per hour, just let me know and we can discuss it. Thanks.
