Need Graphic Designer and Content Management for 6 pages

Ok second time posting due to 2 people saying they would do the job and then not answer. Here are the details once again.
1) 6-8 pages of services that need better graphics and flow, bonus if you are able to also do copyscape content for the pages. You can look at attachment to see the current 6 services that we will be ablr to do the pricing, but need better content and graphics needs to look more professional You need to have a FIRM understanding of the english language and pay will be higher if you can also add relevant copyscape content , this is for e cig and vapping and SEO services. Questions let me know. Again smaller budget it for design graphs and for better organized page, but will pay more if you can do the content and tie it all together. Need this done by this Sunday.
