Need a Flyer created

I need a flyer created using the attachment. The 1st page is the layout. The bottom has color which is a black background and text green and gold. There are also buzzwords to be scattered around the 1st page without over shadowing the message content.

Please have an understanding of project when you bid. Also I need this ASAP.
