I Need A Flag Design

I want to get a really cool design made for a flag with certain things all in it together I want the 300 spartan logo in it, with the spartan shield logo, with king leonidis (from the movie on it) with littering in big saying “NO RETREAT NO SURRENDER” and I want a dark war type theme and I want the letters of the writing in red bloody theme
