Need Expert Designer Using FIGMA (no programmers needed)

Design 15 Custom App pages using an existing color scheme, layout, and overall design scheme based upon the attachment. All pages will follow the same width, background colors, sizing, titles, fonts, etc. using the same similar pages already created. I will provide you a rough sketch of what will go inside each page, and you will customize the design, fonts, icons, images, etc. using the exact same ones from the Figma designs. I already created 20+ pages in Figma for Android, iPhone, and iPad which have been approved and developed. Now, I need an additional 15 pages designed with the same spacing, icons, card backgrounds, looking the same as the originals. You take the originals and use them to create the new 15 pages. Please note: the iPhone and Android versions appear almost the same, but they have subtle differences that we will discuss. You should be able to notice the differences once you see the original designs. The iPad designs are obviously designed with a larger screen size so the existing pages are laid out a bit differently.

I am looking for someone who is independent, high-level designer who understands app design and is able to use existing Figma files and continue the work with new pages. Your new pages should be branded and appear exactly like the originals. You must know Figma, create an account or show me how to create a new account with full access, where you can copy and paste the originals into the new Figma account and continue the work. I do have the existing icon set saved in Figma but I do not have the originals so you may need to use the existing ones (if you can) recreate them or locate them.
