Need UX Designer for Web Application

We are developing a novel cloud application. The application is mainly targeted towards PC users. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to understand our requirements and come up with innovative UI elements and animations for our web applications. The application requires users to scroll through large amount of data and make selections. This obviously presents challenges as long list of checkboxes are neither appealing nor practical. A prospective UX Designer would work with us on these challenges and presents solutions.
