Need 2 Custom Digital Pet Portraits in Vector

Hi Freelancers,
I am looking for someone to recreate 2 pictures (1 cat & 1 dog) as pet portraits. The images however are of low quality and the expressions are necessary to recreate. Will be looking at follow up artwork on these two portraits once job is completed. Attached below are a few references of what I'm looking for. Will share final images once initiated.

PS: I'm looking for a whole bust like portrait, not limited to just face, unlike reference pictures
