Need a Brochure Design Planner

I am looking for someone who can help me design a Brochure. I am not looking for any designer. I just stared a new venture of Home Door Selling. For that I want to design a Brochure. I am very puzzled How can I design a Brochure what information to present. How to give information. So need someone Who can help me clarify all the things and he also help me to guide the designer to design the brochure as per our requirement.
