Need a Blazor WebAssemnly expert to fix some issues and implement blood bank functionality on my hospital project

I am looking for a Blazor WebAssembly expert to help fix UI/UX and functionality issues on my hospital project. The priority is to fix these issues first before implementing blood bank functionality. Although I don't have a design mockup or wireframe for the blood bank functionality, I have a general idea of what I want. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in Blazor WebAssembly and be able to fix UI/UX and functionality issues. They should also have experience implementing new functionality and designing new features.
