Need Artist/Graphic Designer

I'm starting off streaming and need some new logos and banners to start. I need a logo, a Twitter banner and a YouTube banner. I'm thinking of a hop(since everything is beer related) that we can edit into different positions. Sort of like the Android character Google created, but a hop. I've uploaded some hop ideas, but maybe we could give him legs or something. I don't want it really cartoon-like. I know that much.
