NFT Project - Asset Creation, Pixel Art

Im looking for someone to create pixel ar assets on this base for my NFT project. We will start by creating 1 asset of the sketch i've attached. This is an assets that can be placed over any of our characters which makes it look like theres magic going around them. i've included one of our full characters sets which includes fire, we are trying to do something similar to this but with magic. i will send the photoshop file to work on.

If everything goes well one this first run i will put in a big order for alot of these different assets i have ideas for
