NEED THIS LOGO TO LOOK BETTER

This logo will go on the back of a professional fishing boat. We will not only use it for that but it will be put on shirts, hats, towels, everything! We love the look of this but the other designer wasn't understanding what we are asking for so i'm looking for someone to HELP. We want this logo to be CHROME/SHINY with a gray shadow behind the letters. (he didn't understand chrome) for the boat it will be blue so the chrome/shiny with the gray will REALLY MAKE IT POP!!! This is fine to print on cups and such but it can be better. PLEASE MAKE IT BETTER!!!!!! The faster it's done the better as well. We would love a Marlin fish along the side of the logo and in the middle, between Billable and Hours. (Don't use the Tommy Bahama Marlin) We don't want the colors fading, like it is now. We want it all to be the same (chrome/shiny/bright-eye cathcing) with a grayish shadow behind. some with- some without. Here's what we have so far. Maybe even turning the fish the other way when its between the names.
