Music Fest T Shirts

I make a lot of different shirts for a music festival and want help creating new shirt designs from some drawings and ideas etc. The one attached is a hand drawing. Pop Tart font with toaster and Fairport Music Fest logo on toaster. One color full front design. I would like someone that can do a bunch of these designs for me throughout the year.
