Murph Hősi Kihívás MHP -- 2

MHK is a crossfit style community event for the public. Open for all levels of athletes.
This event is based on the Hero memorial workout called Murph.
This workout annually completed all around the world in the crossfit community, and we joined this initiative.
In Hungary we have a memorial day too for the military and civilian heros, near the American national memorial day, at the end of May.
MIlitary style workout, but open for everybody, and included options for all fitness levels. Fun to participate and to watch also.
Hungary national colors is the red, white and green, and we useing the carachter of Ő with two comma at the top, in the "Hősi" what it means heroic,or like hero.
