Multiple Graphic Designs Needed

As the client, I'm searching for a talented graphic designer to certain designs. The exact number isn't set in stone yet, so the ability to adapt and iterate your design process would be greatly beneficial.

The brand is an “Offline Influencer” focusing on creating awareness and improving product consideration
The brand theme should be color but also, have a calm vibe (Pastel color)

Your deliverables would include:
- Designing logos that capture the essence of my brand, effectively communicate its purpose, and are compelling and attractive.
- Finalization of color palette based on the brand essence
- Designing creatives that convey information clearly and are visually engaging
- Designing posters for an offline engagement event considering the brand offering
- Designing a basic packaging for reward giveaway

I'm not quite sure how these designs will be used yet, as they might serve various purposes. You should be experienced in designing for diverse applications, whether that is for brand identity, marketing materials, or promotional materials.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record for producing high-quality designs
- Ability to create a range of creative logo and brochure designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
- Strong communication and idea presentation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and client specifications
- Versatility in design styles to cater for a range of applications.
