Multimedia Content Designer for Financial Literacy

I'm looking for a dynamic Multimedia Content Designer to revamp my financial literacy courses for grades 6–12. Your task will be to transform the existing content into engaging, visually appealing, and interactive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently review course materials.
- Identify opportunities for the inclusion of graphics or alternative media.
- Design these assets in line with Moneyling's branding and target audience.
- Create infographics, illustrations, video content, and interactive simulations and quizzes.
Your work will primarily focus on enhancing the visual appeal of the courses, which should be designed in a fun and cartoonish style. While the courses need to be visually compelling, it's equally important that they are educationally effective and incorporate interactive features.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in multimedia design, preferably with experience in educational content.
- Able to create fun and engaging visual content.
- Experience with designing interactive simulations and quizzes.
- Familiarity with creating infographics and illustrations.
- Ability to design video content.

Content Review & Analysis: Independently review course materials to determine where graphics, videos, infographics, flowcharts, or other media would enhance engagement and understanding.
Design & Development: Create high-quality media assets, including:
Infographics that simplify financial concepts.
Flowcharts that illustrate processes and decision-making.
Short videos, animations, or educational games to add interactivity.
Quizzes or gamified elements for reinforcing key topics.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all visuals and media align with Moneyling's branding (colors, typography, style) and resonate with our target audience of students in grades 6–12.
LMS Integration: Prepare assets for seamless integration into our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring compatibility and usability.
Content Optimization: Redesign course layouts to balance text and media, improving readability and navigation.
Project Management: Work autonomously to meet deadlines, proactively communicate progress, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing media for e-learning or educational content.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard).
Ability to develop interactive media (videos, animations, or games) using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Knowledge of branding and visual consistency principles.
