Move and Redesign Weebly Site to Wix

I'm looking for a professional web developer with experience in migrating websites and redesigning them on Wix. My current site, https://nehorapress.com, Weebly setup can be slimmed down to with a home/landing page and two inside pages.
Key Requirements:
- Move the existing content from Weebly to Wix
- Redesign the site to improve its overall look and usability if it's deemed necessary
- Ensure the new design is user-friendly and easy to navigate
Future Updates:
I plan to regularly add blog posts, and information about webinars and classes. The ideal freelancer will also provide a brief tutorial on how to add this material myself.
