Motivational Presentation for Utah Moms Meeting
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a PowerPoint designer experienced in nonprofit, advocacy, or community-based presentation design. This project involves creating a professional and engaging slide deck for the April 2025 statewide leadership meeting of the Utah chapter of Moms Demand Action (gun violence prevention organization).
Scope of Work:
• Create a clean, polished slide deck (20–30 slides) using an existing template file
• Incorporate legislative updates on Utah state gun laws (guns in schools, teacher carry) and federal legislation (GOSAFE Act, Concealed Carry Mandate)
• Emphasize key campaigns like Be SMART and Secure Gun Storage in Cars
• Add regional data for Salt Lake County, Utah County, and rural Utah
• Include a “Ways to Help Right Now” slide with layered actions (text-to-join, volunteer options, leadership paths)
• Add QR codes, icons, or visuals where appropriate to keep it engaging
• Write concise and persuasive speaker notes for each slide (I will be speaking from them during a live meeting)
• All action items and trainings must be dated after April 17, 2025
Deliverables:
• Final PowerPoint file (.pptx)
• Speaker notes included in Notes section
• Consistent style and formatting (using provided branding/template)
• Optional: PDF version for quick review
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Experience creating decks for advocacy, education, or political causes
• Able to work with legislative or nonprofit language
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with fast turnaround
• Bonus: Familiarity with Moms Demand Action or Everytown-style content
