Motion Graphics Designer & Graphic Designer. MUST DO BOTH. $2 PER HOUR.

NOTE: $2 PER HOUR PAY RATE
NOTE: Must do both motion designs & regular graphic design. Not just one.
I am looking for someone that can create a Batman signal.
But include my logo with it.
You are going to have to design the image.
Then I want the logo to move & maybe the sky to move a little bit.
There won't be a ton of other motion.
Unless you have some good ideas that we can do.
REQUIRED:
1. In the first line of the application tell me that you are okay with the $2 Per Hour
