Moped Colour Change Graphic Design

I need a graphic designer who can change the colour of a satin/matte Red moped to a different colour (Tangerine), and make it have a gloss finish. This will involve altering the colour of the entire plastic body of the moped. The original colour is scarlet red and the new colour is tangerine glossy.
