3-Month Figma Designer for Application Updates

I'm in need of a skilled Figma designer to collaborate with my team on a part-time basis for 2-3 months. The project involves working on updates for our mobile and web application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting user experience (UX) design: As a part of the project, you'll be tasked with creating a seamless and intuitive user journey. Prior experience with UX design is a definite plus, as you'll be designing the application's flow and interactions.
- Developing Visual design: The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing content. Here, it's important to work within the established brand guidelines while also infusing the design with a bold and vibrant aesthetic.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in this tool is a must, as we'll be collaborating on this platform.
- Strong User Experience (UX) Design experience: You'll need a deep understanding of what makes a user-friendly interface. Previous experience in creating UX designs for mobile and web applications will be highly beneficial.
- Experience in Visual Design: You should be able to translate brand guidelines into visually appealing content. Familiarity with bold and vibrant design aesthetics is a plus.
- Availability: You'll be needed for 4 hours a day, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Good Communication Skills: Being able to effectively communicate with the team is essential as we strive to meet our project deadlines.
