Montessori Toy Design: Interactive Square Board

I'm looking for a talented product designer to create a Montessori-style toy aimed at children aged 2 to 3 years. The toy will be a square board, measuring 1 foot on each side, featuring 6 different interactive activities designed to improve the child's hand-eye coordination.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Product design
- Experience with child-friendly toy design
- Understanding of Montessori principles
- Proficiency in designing for hand-eye coordination development
- Knowledge of safe and sustainable materials for children's toys
Key features of the toy include:
- Shape sorting
- Button pressing
- Sliding bolt latch
- Bulb fitting
- Door handle interaction
- On and off button
The board needs to be made of wood, a material that is not only durable but also safe and environmentally friendly for children. Please make sure to consider these aspects in your design. Prior experience with Montessori toy design will be an advantage.
