Monetising without fake subscribers

We are a charity NGO, we have got youtube, facebook and Instagram channels, each chanell has a few hundred subsribers, we want to find leagal aktivities within our channels in order to be able to have more views in order to be able to monetise and earn money through these channels either through monetisation or charity adverteisments. We need some experianced person in youtube, facebook and Instagram to be able to promote us in a way that we could quickly increase our views andsubscribers.
