Modifying animated "Google Web Designer" banner format

I purchased google web designer template from codecanyon.

This banner is animated banner (like GIF but it is not).

In total, there are 20 small animated web banner. 14 Sizes (20 banner in total).


I would like to hire freelancer to modify the banner for me :

3. Maintain others (like color and design)
