Modify Wine Label with Text Changes

I need a professional to modify my wine label. Specifically, the job involves:
- Changing some parts of the text content, specifically the name placement on the wine label.
- Applying a different background color to the label.
- Possibly movement / resizing of graphics depending on resulting look from initial changes.
The label has already been produced, just need modifications to the label in placement, color, and style.
I would like the background color to change from black to light gray. I need the name (RHINORY) to go under the logo like the attached file. I also need the words "KERAS COLLECTION" to be in gold as well. These images need to go onto a bottle and look professional like the attached file.
Should be a quick and easy project for a talented freelancer.
