Modify Excel & Google Sheets Annual Budget Planner
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We’re looking for a highly skilled Excel & Google Sheets expert to modify our existing annual budget planner spreadsheet, which contains 27 tabs. The objective is to keep all current functionalities intact while modifying the layout based on an overall design (which we will provide) and adding innovative features tailored to our datasets.
Ideal Candidate:
You should have a strong background in finance, accounting, spreadsheet formulas, data analysis, and user-friendly design. Creativity and an eye for aesthetics are equally important, as we want this budget planner to be both powerful and visually engaging.
Scope of Work:
1. Modify & Standardize the layout for all 27 tabs/sheets to ensure consistency, clarity, and logical cohesion.
2. The redesigned workbook must be lightweight and mobile friendly.
3. Upgrade Dashboards with modern visuals, including updated colors, fonts, charts, and design aesthetics with system-like interface, layered, floating shapes.
4. Redesign Dashboards that display annual, monthly, bi-annual, quarterly data.
5. Build selectable color theme options
6. Add dynamic charts and PivotTables and Power Query where needed
7. Add Custom Functionalities, including but not limited to:
i. Automated insights panel
ii. Smart trend highlights
iii. Scenario simulator
8. Additional supporting tabs (if required)
9. Ensure the final product works flawlessly on both Microsoft Excel (.xlsx and .xlsb) and Google Sheets (.gsheet), preserving all visuals, fonts, colors, graphics, images, and functionalities. Both versions must be populated with meaningful dummy data to test and verify all features.
10. Ensure implementation for both platforms (Excel and Google Sheets) must be achieved without the use of macros or scripts.
11. Ensure the product is modular, so individual components (e.g., debt calculator, net worth sheet, etc.) can function independently.
12. Ensure that the workbook is fully optimized for performance, including fast processing, minimal loading times, smooth navigation across tabs, and efficient handling of large datasets without lag or errors.
13. Ensure all formats stated above functions flawlessly on all devices (PC, laptop, Mac, Android tablets, Android phone, iPad, iPhone)
14. Provide documentation user guide and training
15. Provide unlimited revisions
