Modernize Property Appraisal Report

I’m seeking a skilled graphic designer or document specialist to revamp an existing commercial and industrial property sales and marketing appraisal report. This report will not only be used for a current project, but also serve as a master template for future property campaigns.

Scope of Work / Deliverables
Redesign the current report with a clean, modern, and professional layout

Enhance formatting, layout, and typography for improved readability and visual consistency

Ensure the design reflects the standards of commercial and industrial real estate

Build the final version in Microsoft PowerPoint, making it easy to edit and reuse

Design visual placeholders for images, maps, floor plans, and data tables

Incorporate brand elements (logos, colours, fonts, etc.)

What I’m Looking For
Proven experience in document design (particularly sales/marketing presentations or real estate materials)

Strong skills in layout, grid design, and visual hierarchy

Ability to produce professional, client-ready reports

Bonus: Familiarity with real estate or commercial property marketing materials
