My fireplace, currently outdated, needs a contemporary makeover. I'm seeking proficient freelancers with experience in home remodeling to bring my vision to life.

Requirements:
- Transform the style of the fireplace from outdated to modern
- Propose and discuss material options for the fireplace exterior, as I haven't decided yet
- Ensure the functionality of the fireplace post-remodel
- Rought dimensions 8.25’ finished height
7’ finished width and 13.5 finished depth
- Provide examples of previous similar projects
- TV will be recessed in the built out
