We are seeking a skilled designer to create a professional, aesthetically engaging, and highly customizable report template in Microsoft Word. This template will serve as the backbone for generating around 20-page reports in bulk, integrating both dynamic and fixed content elements based on each student's test results. We already have a reference doc to get started with the template design.
Template Design & Layout:
- Develop a clean, modern, and intuitive 20-page report template in MS Word.
- Ensure the design is both visually appealing and functional for mass report generation.
Dynamic Content Integration:
- Incorporate placeholder text, images, graphs (in image format), and tables that can be easily replaced with real data.
- Design sections where content (e.g., analysis, narratives, scores) will be auto-populated from an external source.
Conditional Fixed Elements:
- Create specialized pages that include fixed elements such as career options or categories.
- Specifically, design layouts where a fixed set of six career options is available, with the flexibility to dynamically display only the relevant three options based on individual student scores.
- Ensure that all six potential elements are designed to be seamlessly integrated into the report template, with clear instructions on how to activate or display the necessary subset for each report.
User Guidance:
- Provide clear guidelines or documentation on how to update the template with actual data and how to manage the conditional display of fixed elements.
- Ensure the template is user-friendly for team members who may not have advanced technical skills in MS Word.

- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and layout.
