Modern Whisky Label & Brand Assets -- 2
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m an independent whisky bottler based in the UK and I will be launching soon. The first priority is a set of bottle labels built around a modern, sleek aesthetic that still feels authentic to whisky bottled with integrity and transparency. Bold typography and vibrant colours should take centre stage, supported by eye-catching graphics that make the bottles pop on a crowded shelf.
Every label must carry all core information clearly and elegantly:
• Front: brand name, logo, whisky category, age, bottle numbers, alcohol percentage, volume, cask maturation details, origin and key distillery information.
• Back: concise tasting notes, a short distillery story and a brief brand background.
Once the label system is established I’d like ongoing graphic design help across other touchpoints—pull-up stands, event banners, presentation packaging and a suite of social media assets—so the look remains consistent wherever the brand appears.
Deliverables
1. Three initial label concepts with colour palettes, type hierarchy and mock-ups on the actual bottle shape I use. The bottle volume is 700ml and label size will approximately be 8 by 10cm
2. One refined label range (front and back labels) in print-ready CMYK, plus layered source files (AI/PSD).
3. A mini style guide covering fonts, colours and imagery to keep future collateral aligned.
4. I have three range within my whisky brand that I want to develop. So if the first design template is satisfactory, then the work can be expanded to include work on the other 2 and other launch materials (pull-up stand, one banner, various packaging and template for social media- Instagram & Facebook). So the scope for extended work is huge
5. The current label has a celestial/stellar/planetary theme given the background of the series and I am looking for these elements to be incorporated into the whisky bottle labels
