I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to transform a black and white architect's site plan of a one-story shopping center and parking lot into a modern, user-friendly colored and labeled site plan for leasing purposes.
Key Tasks:
- Simplify site elements using a light color scheme:
- Light green for landscaping
- Grey for sidewalks
- Light blue for leased spaces
- Orange for proposed build-to-suit space
- Everything else in white
- Use a tasteful color scheme
- Add logos of major brands (e.g., Starbucks) on top of their unit thoughtfully
- Provide two versions for the "build to suit" corner
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Experience with architectural drawings
- Ability to create modern and engaging layouts
Final site plan needed in JPEG/PNG format at a 1:200 scale. Leased space unit labels should include tenant name only.
