Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a creative architect who can design a modern-style single-family home with 4 bedrooms.
Key Requirements:
- Design should be in a contemporary, modern style.
- Home should accommodate 3 bedrooms on top floor and 1 oofice/guest room on ground floor
- Kitchen and Dinning room to have an open plan seperated from the living room
- Kitchen should have a butlers pantry and a seperate entrance to exterior
- Kitchen and Dining room to have a door going out to a patio.
- Self contained masterbedroom
- Shared toilet/bathroom on the top floor
- Toilet/bathroom on ground floor
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing modern single-family homes.
- Strong portfolio of contemporary architecture.
- Excellent understanding of spatial design for 4-5 bedrooms.
