LinkedIn and Contact Information:
• Hyperlink your LinkedIn profile.
• Include a professional title (e.g., “Group General Manager | Operations Leader”) next to your name.

Education:
• Move the education section higher up if you are close to completing your MBA, especially if it’s a key highlight.

Skills Section:
• Categorize skills for better readability (e.g., Leadership, Technical, Operational).
• Add specific tools or technologies used (e.g., Harmoniq, Shopify, Xero & MYOB)

Achievements Over Responsibilities: Focus on accomplishments rather than job descriptions. Use quantifiable results where possible:
• Instead of: “Managed budget implementations,”
Write: “Managed budgets exceeding $1 million, achieving 10% cost savings annually.”

Work Experience:
• Repetition: Avoid repeating bullet points across roles. For example, “developed and implemented strategies to increase sales” appears multiple times.

Professional Summary:
• Consider condensing the summary into a shorter paragraph (3-4 lines). Employers typically skim resumes, and a concise summary improves clarity.
• Include specific metrics or key achievements to quantify your impact (e.g., “Led cross-functional teams to achieve 20% operational cost reduction”).

Formatting and Layout:
• Font and Readability: Use consistent font styles and sizes throughout. Consider a professional font like Calibri or Arial, sized between 10-12 points.
• Spacing: Ensure consistent line spacing between sections to enhance readability.
• Section Headers: Use bold, uppercase headers (e.g., WORK HISTORY, SKILLS) to make sections more distinguishable.
