I am looking for a dynamic and professional designer to create a modern and clean prescription paper for my hospital. I have a logo ready which can be incorporated into the design.
Key Details:
- The prescription paper will need to include the doctor's details and the hospital's contact information.
- The paper should be designed to fit A4 size.
