We are looking for a freelancer to create a professional and visually appealing graphical representation of our organizational chart and responsibilities allocation. The final output should effectively illustrate the structure and hierarchy of our company, clearly presenting the roles and their interconnections in both our Italian headquarters and our Romanian branch.

Convert the provided text-based structure into an elegant and easy-to-understand visual representation.
Use clear hierarchies with appropriate connectors between positions.
Ensure differentiation between the Italian headquarters and the Romanian branch while maintaining a cohesive style.
Highlight key roles, such as management, administration, logistics, customer service, and human resources.
Responsibilities Allocation Visualization:
Create an additional graphic (or integrate within the main chart) that shows how responsibilities are distributed within the company.
Use distinct color schemes or categories to group related roles.
Requirements:
The design should be modern, clean, and professional.
Use corporate colors (to be provided upon request) and a readable font.
Deliverable format: Vector-based files (AI, SVG) and PNG/JPEG for presentation.
Must be editable for future updates (provide the source file).
Compatibility with PowerPoint or PDF for business presentations is a plus.
