Modern PDF Flip Book Design

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a PDF flip book combining text and images. This flip book will be used as marketing materials, so it's crucial that the design is not only attractive but also effectively communicates our brand message.

Key Requirements:
- Content will include both text and images
- Modern, elegant and sleek design aesthetic is a must
- The flip book should be engaging and professional
- Some mini icons will have to be created
- Videos will have to be embedded in the file
