I am looking to bring my dream home into reality on a large plot that exceeds 2,000 square feet. My vision is for a meticulous design that embodies modern minimalism with ample space for comfort and creativity. Key Features Required:
- The site is next to a small lake at its west side, the house must allow all bedrooms, hall and other areas to allow appreciation of the lake/nature.
- A minimalist architectural design emphasizing clean lines and open spaces.
- A total of 6 bedrooms (1 master, 4 x children room and 1 x guest room), with the four children room designed similarly, facing the same side.
- Sustainable construction methods and materials, ensuring eco-friendliness without compromising on the modern minimalist aesthetic.
- State-of-the-art kitchen and bathrooms, combining functionality with modern design.
- Modern living areas that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.
- Smart home features for enhanced convenience and security.
- To use mainly concrete (exposed even better) and glass.
