I need a modern, minimalist, and high-quality feed template for Instagram (and optionally LinkedIn).
The design should reflect the branding – Property Management & Real Estate Services:
professional, calm, elegant, and never boring.

Style: Elegant, clean, and professional (not playful, no bright or flashy colors)
Color Palette:
Primary color: Dark blue
Secondary color: Gray (light to medium gray for background or accents)
Accent color: Warm white or soft beige
Overall Feel: Trustworthy, calm, and competent — yet still visually engaging.
Template Structure
The template should include two layout variations:
Title / Topic Slide (Cover Page)
Space for a main headline or topic (e.g., “Why you should outsource your property management”)
Clean composition with focus on typography and color contrast
Subtle design elements (lines, borders, gradient, or light texture)
Logo area integrated subtly (top or bottom)
Text Slide (Content Pages)
Designed for longer text sections or bullet points
Layout must make large amounts of text easy to read and visually appealing
