Modern Merch Design for Hat

I'm looking for a graphic artist with experience in creating designs for embroidered merchandise, specifically hats. Our business is a Christmas Tree Farm, and we need a unique, modern and minimalist design that incorporates tree shapes or landscape style formats that may cover a large part of the front of the hat, not patches or logos, we are looking for something that is more of a landscape type view of trees in a field with our name and town incorporated. including an image of the kind of style we are looking for.

Requirements:
- Understands what can be embroidered
- Knows the file formats needed for embroidery
- Has a portfolio showcasing similar past work
