To be effective in this role, you should:
- Have specific experience and a track record in mall design
- Demonstrate an understanding of modern and minimalistic aesthetics
- Be adept at designing centralized food courts of various scales
- Have an ability to conceptualize and incorporate multi-level parking facilities
Your design should combine both aesthetics and functionality, considering the overall shopping experience when it comes to flow and navigation. Prior commercial design projects will be an edge.
