Modern A3 Landscape Poster Design

Need in the next 8 hours.
I'm looking for a designer to create a two-sided A3 landscape orientation poster.

I have attached the photos below's below.

I would like: A blue border design, I want 6 -8 photos on the front (not the same size, all varying sizes)
I want to MIX /blend the photos together so they are not straight lines... between them.

I want the title on the front page to read "People work with People"

On the back, I also want photos.
With the main title being "Relationships are built on trust, use me on one building, have me wash them all"
Photos attached: Back 1,2,3,4,5,6

Some services listed on the back (a New Zealand map, with locations (see attached below)- I would like to put pins on the map in the red locations. logo (attached)


Requirements:

- Use of personal photos on both sides
- Minimal wording and logos

- Ability to incorporate personal photos seamlessly
